Avoid if you don’t want messing around
Booked parking then they cancelled my booking said it was closed 3 days before I fly cost me £50 extra booking somewhere else garbage

Thank you FHR. 🤩 I booked an airport lounge through FHR as prices were significantly cheaper than going direct.
I then read some reviews and panicked that I would have a bad experience. I emailed to make sure that there were no problems with my booking and I received a reply within a few hours with my confirmation and booking pass. Everything turned out fine. So I’m a very happy customer. Thank you again. 🙏
Poor experience.
For the second time recently was being charged over £150 when I arrived at the barrier although I had prepaid. It took a while for someone to answer the help button ( it was 1am ). After some time I managed to exit having reversed to another machine. The exit signage in car park is very poor. Only positive, short walk from terminal building.

Truly shocking
Truly shocking - DO NOT USE THEM! Operator is rude and not helpful at all - person picking up my car could you Bly drive automatics , couldn’t speak English and honestly looked like she had slept a night under the embankment. On return the operator was equally poor , had to wait 30 minutes to get the car back and was told to just “ get a cup of tea and chill “. DON’T BOTHER SAVING £10 it isn’t worth it!!

Just be careful with this company and read the small print . As soon as you enter the car park you are in the hands of the car park and not FHR who you pay for the privilege.

However as per our booking terms and conditions, as soon as your booking commences at the car park your contract passes directly to them..
Basically I paid to park at Birmingham airport and arrived within given time and left within given time . I was charged again when I left the car park at the barrier. When emailed FHR , was told it’s not their responsibly and take it up with car park . Never again

Used our car when it was meant to be parked.
Dropped off our car to Heathrow Terminal 3 at the contracted place in the drop-off area, to be called by the company to move to a drive through road so they didn't have to pay the £5 drop-off fee which was included in the price.
Picked up the car three days later to find they have been driving it around and done over 70miles, and used half a tank of petrol.
Spoke to the police who said this happens a lot with these cheap meet and greet services, and to contact a solicitor - which we now are.
FHR are an irresponsible agent
FHR take no responsibility for their bookings as you can see in their response to trustpilot reviews. They take their commission from selling the services of poorly rated firms (such as Blue Circle Parking) and never follow up the complaint. I've been waiting over a month so far.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Booked a lounge through this dreadful company, didn't send confirmation and said I had given wrong email address, they could have contacted the lounge as they could clearly see my booking, so I have paid twice, really unhelpful and refusing to refund. Sent an email of all payments made to them. Disgusting customer service

Drag there feet with refunds.
Strange how this company can reply to an email on same day you send it to them but it can take weeks for them to process a refund. Other companies refund almost straight away when taking out cancellation cover for airport car parking.
I'm not sure about the excuse of being short staffed, hanging on to your money as long as possible in the hope that you might forget about it is my guess.

Quick, helpful customer service who I cannot fault.
They have handled our changing (due to Covid) hotel/parking plans with absolute professionalism.
I've needed to contact them 3 times since our original booking. No 'delays due to volume of queries because of covid' excuse from them, always replied to emails within 24 hrs.

Very bad at refunding, avoid
This is the second time I have had to cancel my booking and they are now taking longer than ever to refund my payment. They use the excuse of COVID and not having enough staff, but this has now worn thin. They are just holding onto customers money as long as possible usually about 4 weeks.
Avoid them, there are other just as cheap.
BTW they used to refund in a couple of days which should be easily achievable.

How do I rebook parking using credit from a cancelled holiday
I Had a booking for Meet and Greet at Stansted for 9th May, I had to cancel as my holiday to Rhodes was cancelled. I received an email some 3 months later advising me to rebook as a credit would a. Be a long time coming and b. Minus £10 admin fee. I now wAnt to use my credit but there is no facility to put your credit through and no one will answer the phone. There should be better customer service. Please advise how to use my credit. Thank you

No way to contact
My mum and dad are at Manchester Airport now with a lounge booked. Going away to celebrate my mums 60th Birthday.
Lounge have no details of the booking and won’t let them in. Can’t speak to Book FHR as they have no phone lines. Sending an email is no use as they are stuck at the airport now. Ruining the start of my mums 60th birthday celebrations

Have used this service many times with no issue until recently. Due to Covid19 I've been unable to fly or use car parking facilities. Since March this year I have been waiting for refunds on 3 bookings. Cannot get thru by phone, email or live chat. Absolutely disgusted with the service and will not be using them again! No contact in 5 months is totally unacceptable.

Very poor customer service - don't book with them
I contact FHR over two months ago, both in writing and via their online system, requesting a refund to a booking.
It took them over four weeks and many emails to even get an acknowledgement from them about my request and four weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.
Lounge Pass issued a refund within 24 hours, so I suggest you avoid using FHR at all cost and simply go to Lounge Pass directly who offer a far more efficient service.
